My name is Upgrade to see actual info and I'm a hardworking, honest, reliable, efficient, flexible, have great attention to detail and passionate about my work. I am fast learner and i take criticism well.I have experience using Zendesk in handling email concern.

I have 5 years of experience in the BPO industry as a a customer service expert and handled several accounts. I've started with eBay-NA and stayed for 3 years as a customer service specialist that deals with escalated cases, feedback removal request and website assistance. I've also been a part of TURO Car Renta-NA as an Email Support wherein in i used Zendesk as main tool to respond to customers inquiries. I've also workedwith United Healthcare Prescription Insurance for a year as a Customer Service that is mostly helping retirees about their insurance coverage and also, assist them with any billing concerns.

My years of experience have taught me to become very passionate in this industry.I am very much willing to work full time and reach a lot of people to help your business. I am so excited to learn more about the job opportunity that suits my qualification and skills.
