I worked as a customer support representative for seven years for an e-commerce company, My tasks consisted of chat and email support, Facebook moderation, product research, and order fulfilment (manual and bulk fulfilment). I am also responsible for posting new content daily and engaging with customers.I am also knowledgeable about creating themes and logos. I also have experience converting Word documents to PDF files. I understand how Google Drive and Dropbox work. I have basic knowledge of Wordpress.
