Profile Description

I am currently working as an Email Coordinator for an American Based Mental Healthcare Account for 9 months now. I used to be a freelancer in an ESL company for about 4 years.   I am also TESOL and TEYL Certified.  I have a bit of experience when it comes to handling customers because I used to work as a CSR for a US-based retail account, which processes orders and payments, for quite some time. I also have a 4-year working experience as an ESL teacher for 51 Talk, teaching English to both young and adult learners.  These experiences really helped me a lot to develop some skills in handling different kinds of people, answering their queries or concerns, and even promoting our products.  I believe these things would be an advantage for me when it comes to fulfilling my duties and responsibilities for the good welfare of the company.
 I am quite familiar with the use of Microsoft programs such as Word and PowerPoint, but, a little average in Excel.  I also have a little background in video, audio, and photo editing with the use of Photoshop and Filmora. 

I also have experience in using slack as a mode of company internal communications, responding to Zendesk tickets, Ring Central for sending documents through fax, Chargebee and Stripe as payment processors, Pandadoc and Docusign for sending documents via Email, and many more

I am a flexible type of employee. I always do my best to adjust to a certain working environment and comply with all the requirements within the given timeframe. I'm a reliable person who is willing to learn and follow instructions. I have always worked hard to make a difference and contribute to the success of my team.
