Profile Description

I have a solid background in computer and network troubleshooting its either logical(software/firmware used) or its physical bare metal itself. I am not limited to repairing and upgrading Upgrade to see actual info my recent work I administer mixed Linux, Windows and Mac OS platform in both user and server end. I also managed our clients network infrastructure and maintain network stability.
From my recent work, we followed a certain preventive maintenance to check all status of OS and software updates, hardware health and if seen some need to enhance we give recommendation to our clients. We collaborate on our clients via mail, calls, or in the ticketing system so they know that we are taking care of their IT related problems seriously until it finish.
I am a fast learner, I can cope up with the fast pace environment and can work under pressure since I am a workaholic.
