Profile Description

I’ve designed and prepared hundreds of learning packages or instructional materials for a variety of Upgrade to see actual infoing the ADDIE model in course development, my work usually begins with carefully drafted questions to identify a client’s specific need for training, plotting the appropriate course design in tabular format, discussing further with the client on further preferences on the content and methodologies that address their issues, developing each content into a learning experience for the target adult learners, preparing the learning package into instructional materials (using MSWord) including optional assessment tools, and finally designing and preparing presentation materials (using MSPowerpoint).In between, work requires constant revision and modification of written materials as they evolve to serve the learning styles of each learning group.
