Aside from being in charge of building different report dashboards for different lines of businesses and accomplishing urgent/special requests reports and analysis, I've spearheaded business migrations, and process improvement proposals. 

Also, I've been managing people in the operations, reports and workforce management, and project management Upgrade to see actual infoom managing multiple projects for different enterprises and global clients in an Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning service company, as well as Web Development project management, but also conceptualizing, building, and implementing the best solutions for the client's needs.
