Order Fulfillment: I manage the entire order fulfillment process, from order processing to shipment, ensuring orders are accurately and timely processed and delivered.

Refund and Return Management: I handle the processing of refunds and returns, making it a hassle-free experience for customers while adhering to the company's policies and procedures.

Chargeback Resolution: I work on resolving chargeback disputes, helping to protect the business from unwarranted chargebacks and ensuring a fair outcome.

Project Coordination: I also serve as a project coordinator, offering support throughout the project lifecycle, including plUpgrade to see actual infoing, execution, monitoring, and closure. This ensures that projects run smoothly and meet their goals.
