Initially, I served as a customer service representative for a US healthcare account, handling inquiries froUpgrade to see actual infodical providers and provider representatives. Subsequently, I transitioned to roles such as a collection agent for a US financial account, a fraud analyst for another US financial account, and provided digital servicing help desk and minor tech support for a UK financial Upgrade to see actual info February 2020, I was promoted to the position of Project Specialist and currently hold the role of Business Analyst Supervisor. Throughout my career, I have been accustomed to working on a shifting schedule, including graveyard shifts and holidays. I possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and I am proficient in various software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Spreadsheet, etc. I am also capable of working with minimal supervision, managing my time effectively to ensure timely completion of tasks, and I am willing to work overtime if required.Additionally, I have demonstrated leadership skills as an assistant team leader in my previous role. I am now seeking a home-based part-time job that aligns with my dedication to work and my value for productivity. I currently have a strong internet connection (Globe DSL up to 25mbps), a headset with noise-canceling features, and my own laptop (Intel(R) Core(TM) i7). I am skilled in picture and video editing using tools like Canva, Filmora, and Photoshop, as well as creating dashboards in Microsoft Excel and utilizing PowerBi.Thank you for considering my qualifications.
