-Calling real estate agent and convincing them to set up an appointment
-Calling clients for follow up
-Making friendly call  to the clients and giving
them assistance with the driving directions.
-Calling home owners buyers and sellers

I have a 6 months working experience as data entry / lead generation / virtual assitant at ACELY marketing.Home based and  i was assigned in graveyard shift.

Job description
-Collecting and entering data in database and spreadsheets , and maintain accurate records of valuable company information.
-Copy paste of scripts or messages in LINKED or google account
-Searching and applying jobs for my previous employer thru Upworks , Craigslist , Angel list , Linkedin , Zintro , Upgrade to see actual info , Upgrade to see actual info etc. 

I am also a former Operations Manager in an outbound sales call center at Lynkasia Outsourcing Corp. for 5 Upgrade to see actual info was appointment setting for timeshare in US.

Job description:
-Calling and setting up an appointment an appointment with the client from US.
-Confirmation of client appointment and making friendly call to the client to remind their appointment and making sure they'd attend the presentation.
-Helps sales leaders hit their quota and in making smart decisions.
-Plans and continuously monitors the operations to ensure that they're doing their job to achieve one common goal.
-Cooperation with the team leader and management team and provision of advice in sales related issues.
-Improve productivity by evaluating and implementing sales technology.
I was also a former team leader at One Global and Intervoice for 7 years which is also an outbound call center and the account is timeshare as well.
I am making sure that my team is hitting the numbers by continuously training them and motivating them . As a team leader i was also doing the job of the confirmer which is confirming the appointment set up by the client and assisting the client on their said appointment.
