I am a highly skilled worker and been with the BPO industry for 18 years now. I am the jack of all trades, can adapt quickly to whatever type of task given. I've been through a lot in handling different lines of businesses, name it! Customer
Service, Technical Support, Email, Sales Representative, and chat Assistant. I've been into different roles, Team Lead, Manager, or Client Associate. I can surely ace any given task assigned to me. I can work gracefully even under pressure.
I am a well-experienced and keen on details person. I know how to troubleshoot computers too and minimal to no supervision is needed, perfect for the work from home set up like Upgrade to see actual info need in spoon- feeding type of training and that definitely saves you more time for sure. Just give me learn-to-know videos and I can do my self-study on it.
