-Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, and Job Boards. (LinkedIn, Monster, Careerbuilder, Indeed, etc)
-Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
-Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
-Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges etc
-Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule
-Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of the need
-Review and clarify job specifications, competencies and skills required
-Maintain effective relationships with social and professional networks to source qualified candidates
