Profile Description

I've been in customer service for 6 years at Upgrade to see actual info, a US based account, and
have skills focused on giving an outstanding customer service by handling
complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time
limits and following up to achieve customers' need and satisfaction, either
through phone,??email or live chat. I am excellent with MS Excel since it's our main tool we used when delivering reports or working on a project during my career as a team leader. I am very familiar with the CRM system as well as other customer service or technical support tools.
I’ve worked within the industry in which I’ve developed other skills like
administrative, data entry, and leadership and management skills. I am
assisting an approximate of 80 to 100 customers from inbound calls, working 8
hours a day, 5 days per week.
I am a team player and always willing to learn. I'm looking for a long term career in
which I can enhance my knowledge as well as impart what I have amassed from
previous roles.
