- Office Suite (Outlook, MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, OneNote, Access)
- CRM (WorkEtc, Infusionsoft, etc)
- Google Drive (Gdocs, Gsheets, Calendar, etc)
- FileMaker, Trello, Xero, ConnectWise Manage
* Professionally trained Administrative assistant with in-depth knowledge of making procedural decisions, skills in admin support, operations and clerical work
* High energy background in managing administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Methodical and have high organizational skills
* Learn quickly and detail-oriented
* Adaptable and able to maintain a flexible schedule
* A result-oriented with a strong aptitude for organization and administration
* Demonstrate flexibility and the willingness to accommodate special requests
* Proven experience in handling operational support duties, booking appointments and meetings
