Profile Description

I'm a very hard working and dedicated individual, very attentive to details, and with a vast experience when it comes to data entry and other data-related work. I've been working in the BPO industry for over 13 years, and had provided world class customer service to top companies all around the world (AT&T, AmEx, Microsoft, Uber, to name a few). I'm currently working as a freelance VA for over 4 years now, mainly doing email/chat support and data entry jobs. 

I'm proud to say that I'm a team-player, fast learner, always willing to be trained and to improve my skills to best fit the client's/customer's needs. I'm proficient with MS Applications, types 75 wpm, computer and internet savvy. Throughout the course of my career, I've handled Voice and Non-voice accounts, which made me very flexible and an easy fit to any kind of work that's been assigned to me, be it taking calls or back-office work.
