I Work closely with sales teams to schedule qualified demonstrations, meetings,
build pipeline, and produce real business opportunities in accordance with
approved sales management guidelines.

Prospect for new business through a high volume of cold calling and following
up with prospects as previously identified.

Identify qualified prospects and navigate company structures to identify key
decision makers and influencers.

Keep accurate records in our CRM and build client profiles by updating client information and managing sensitive client and prospect data.



I 'am an Expert in customer service representative and Team Leader work, I have been with the industry for nearly 7 years Upgrade to see actual infoaling with Technical issues from customers based in the USA, issues from internet connectivity down
to phone and tv services. I've been a part of our escalation team where we deal
with customers demanding to speak to a manager regarding their issues.

After being promoted into a Team Leader, i had 10 agents to monitor, coach,
teach them the right way of taking in calls and talking to customers. I monitor
the agents to call to make sure that they are following the protocol and
following our tool to make sure that they resolve our customers concern.  

Making sure that the agent comes to work on time since our company was very strict when it comes to time keeping. I always make sure that i can finish all the task and responsibilities of a Team Leader before our shift ends.
