One of my primary responsibilities as a cold caller is to research and identify potential leads. This can involve scouring databases, websites, and other sources to find individuals or businesses who may be interested in buying or selling property. Once I have identified potential leads, my next duty is to reach out to them via phone calls or emails. During these calls, I am also responsible for setting appointments for the real estate agent to meet with the lead in person. This involves coordinating schedules, providing necessary information about the property or services being offered, and ensuring that the lead is prepared for the meeting. Overall, my duties as a real estate cold caller are essential in driving sales and growth for the real estate agency.
