Profile Description

Content Creation:
- Write blog posts, SEO keyword research, guest research, create slide decks, graphics, eWorkbooks to match training audios, content audits and repurposing, link-building, copywriting and editing, and transcriptions.

Social Media Upkeep:
- Screen posts and images, creating social media graphics, schedule announcements, batch posts, answer inquiries and boost engagement.

Customer Service:
- Answer general inquiries about the membership community, podcast invitations, offers, and escalations.
- Handle access issues (create, revoke & re-instate), billing (cancellation and refunds) and coordinate upsells with Sales Manager.

Online Community & Forum Management:
- Assist foruUpgrade to see actual infombers in locating forum training and resources.
- Manage moderators and updates stats spreadsheet.
- Screen forum topics and replies, and remove any hateful/unprofessional posts.
- Welcome new members and encourage current member participation.

Project Management:
- Follow up tasks with the rest of the team and contractors, create and update procedures, coordinate podcast guest scheduling, content and customer audits (merge & purge), etc.

Prior to being a VA, I had worked in the BPO industry for over 6 years - handling sales, real estate, insurance, etc. I have also worked closely with online entrepreneurs since early 2016, which has allowed me to understand and implement what it takes to start, build, and grow a successful online business.
