*Customer Support- Provide customer service and technical specification of a specific product- Manage calls, emails, and chat (Via Talk.to, Might Call, and Hiver)- Order entry and inventory via Shopify- Principally customer service based but at the outset doing some related administrative duties like placing orders with suppliers daily and reporting them on a finance spreadsheet- Updating customers about their order status and dealing with suppliers to ensure orders are processed efficiently and any refunds or returns are handled smoothly

- Provide technical assistance and accurately identify the customer’s real needs & resolve customer issues.
- Record and track all requests, actions & ensuring proper documentation for technical support.
-Use troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify products that are defective and follow guidelines in issuing service calls.
- Identifies customer requirements and routes them to the correct queue.
-Demonstrate strong customer service orientation and takes responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied.
