Profile Description

I am an experience Legal Assistant in a Texas-based personal injury law firm, where I worked closely with case managers, attorneys, insurance adjusters, and insurance companies to ensure cases progressed efficiently and all required documentation was properly obtained and organized.

My responsibilities included opening insurance claims, following up on liability investigations, verifying coverage, and requesting declaration pages, denial letters, and signed rejections. I also coordinated property damage matters and prepared key legal documents such as Letters of Representation, IME notices, OPRA requests, and Longworth consent letters. I am highly experienced in managing and maintaining organized case files using Casepeer, ensuring all records are accurate and consistently updated.

Prior to this role, I worked as a transcriptionist handling insurance-related recordings and claim documentation, which strengthened my understanding of insurance processes and enhanced my attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage large volumes of structured information.

I am currently based in Spain under the Auxiliar de Conversacion program and am fully available to work US hours remotely with reliable communication, consistency, and strong productivity.
