Profile Description

Presently, I consult with different firms on making course corrections related to their Revenue Cycle Management operations and I provide recommendations to effectively bring them to their desired outcomes.  Total headcount is 1,416 FTEs in 6 different locations in 2 countries

I was the Senior Assistant Vice President for a major BPO company based in Manila, Philippines supporting 3 large insurance payers in the US worth $200M in BPO contract value. 

I was a project manager for an e-commerce company with a headcount of 50+ people with different skill sets that supports the business.  I have done the full range of operations management from customer service, shipping and logistics, recruitment, payroll, and accounting with oversight responsibilities over Sales and Marketing, Business Insight, and Products.  

I have been in the Business Processing Industry for 19 years with experience in Technology, Fulfillment, Hospitality, Telco, Sales, strategy, and operations planning and management, with the majority of the years in Insurance operations.  I am very good at organizing and coordinating, planning and leadership across different geographies - very experienced in multi-site operations (Manila, Iloilo, Cebu, Chennai, US, France, UK). 

I finished my MBA with distinction at the University of Hertfordshire in the UK, specializing in Business Management.
I am someone who is easily bored with mediocrity and is always craving new challenges.  I am a go-getter, and very independent but make sure that I and my team are aligned with the goals and missions.
