Profile Description

I worked as a call center representative for almost 14 years where I handled incoming and outgoing calls from our US and Canada based members. I also handled email requests from our clients and customers and processed them accordingly. Aside from handling calls, I also conducted training sessions with my colleagues, audited live calls and discussed these calls with our clients. Aside from these experiences, I can assure that I am also a fast learner, can work under minimum supervision and can complete a given task before deadline. I am very passionate about doing research and handling queries. I know how to deal with different kinds of people and can do multitasking. Looking forward to finding a job wherein I can learn new things, and can use my experiences to share with the company.
