• Set up an online store through Shopify with Free Premium Themes • Simple Logo Design & Favicon • Basic coding for site customization • Create pages, blogs, and banner • Add new products manually or via CSV and rewrite product descriptions • Edit & upload product, images, variants, prices, tag products, etc. • Order Fulfillment via Dropified, Aliexpress, Oberlo, Printful, and Spocket • Handle Customer Service Support via Email (Zendesk, Reamaze) and Facebook including other social media sites (e.g. Instagram & Pinterest) and solve customer inquiries such as the status of their order, how long before their shipment arrives. • Contact suppliers on the company's behalf regarding issues on the shipments, product issues, as well as chargebacks & refunds• Domain Setup and Search Engine Optimization • Fb Ads (Direct-Response & Product Pages Copywriter), Manychat, Klaviyo, Winning Product Research,
