• Manage Facebook shop and Amazon shop, upload products, update listings, track orders, provide customer service through ticket system, live chat and messaging
• Provide excellent customer service thru gmail help desk, ticket system and live chat (using Salesforce) , and Facebook messaging
• Product and market research in Google, Amazon and Clickbank - Finding products that match keyword and other search criteria as directed 
• Social media management,  create social media business pages in different platforms, source and organize content for posting , manage and schedule times of posting, reply to comments and messages 
• Create marketing materials like press releases and articles and uploading to websites, blogs and other distribution platforms 
• Create and edit marketing videos and uploading to video platforms YouTube and Vimeo, and optimize for SEO with description, keywords, links and other relevant client details 
• Bulk sourcing and resizing images using Adobe Photoshop 
• Create graphics/images for posters/flyers for social media posts using 
• Canva/Photoshop
• Write website content, articles, blog posts, sales pages, pay per click/Facebook ads
• Create and update online business directory listings 
• Keyword research using Google Keyword Planner Tool and other licensed tools provided by employer
• Link building, website performance and on-page SEO audits
• Upload and market ebooks at Amazon Kindle, Amazon CreateSpace, Barnes & Noble PubIt, and social media
