Profile Description

I'm currently working on a BPO company as a Virtual Assistant doing marketing tasks(email, phone, social media), lead generation and appointment setting for my client. I also manage my client's database in Insightly. Currently, my client is working on a mobile app project and I also have access on our app's CMS where I can manage/update the content on the app when needed. Prior to this, I worked as a Back Office staff for five years, doing data entry tasks with billing and invoicing for a third-party background investigation company and we're working for companies that require background checks for their company licensing to be submitted to the US DOI (Department of Insurance, all states except CA).

I also worked as a call center agent for 6 years. I've handled email and chat support, inbound and outbound calling for different Upgrade to see actual infoat & Email Support for AOL Technical and Billing Department. Inbound customer service representative at UPS(US domestic shipping) and technical support representative for Microsoft PC Safety. Inbound and Outbound Collections agent for third-party collections agency for GE Money Bank. And Email and Outbound Technical support representative for DELL computers.

I'm new here but I believe I can excel with home-base jobs as well. I can work independently with minimum supervision that’s why I’m a
best fit for a home-based job. I also have basic IT skills and I can adapt
easily to use common software applications and I’m very flexible with work
schedule and work process.
