I worked most of my years in a BPO industry since 2013. At the same time, I had worked directly with some clients. My most recent job role was a Guest Experience Specialist handling messages and emails at Sextant Stays - a vacation rental company. I handle all reservation inquiries, assisting guests to book, processing payments, working with different accommodation platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, ---------- , Expedia, and so much more. I was also a case manager at Airbnb prior to this company. 


As a case manager, I handle most of the most complicated cases. We mediate and negotiate with both parties to come up with the best solution to satisfy each person ---------- times, where both parties still don't come up with an agreement, I, as a case manager makes the decision for both of them base on the information and documentations we have gathered in accordance to our policies and guidelines.

I've worked with different companies with different types of accounts/fields. I've been a team leader, a case manager, a customer specialist on some telecommunication companies and as well as eBay where I handled billing and technical accounts as well as properly listing items or properties online. I've been an employment verification specialist and a virtual assistant of clients from Australia and Hawaii, booking home stays and experiences for people who wished to travel and have an amazing trip. I have also assisted a client with their e-commerce store where I was tasked to train my team how to process and check order status. Due to the nature of my previous jobs, I learned to be a very detailed and an organized person to accurately submit and hit targets in a timely manner. I’m a happy person who always choose positivity in all aspects in life and has very good work ethics.I am confident enough that I can learn fast, and manage the job you have to offer if given a chance.
