Hello there! I'm Upgrade to see actual info. I am an experienced Customer Care Associate/ Technical Support based in Philippines.

I worked in various accounts based in Australia, US, UK and New Zealand. My worked mainly focused in solving their issues efficiently and effectively to gain their trust, and still be one of our loyal Upgrade to see actual info short to give them 100% customer satisfaction. Since I worked with different account I already posses a strong eye for detail can thrive independently as well as in a team environment. 

For 3 years and 9 months working in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), I experienced dealing with different customers who are angry, frustrated, worried, and overwhelmed. Building an emotional connection to your customer is not easy and it's even harder when there are no verbal or physical cues to follow.

My desire is to keep learning has always been my key to success. I am person who takes challenges positively, work hard for the goals I need to achieve. You can count on my interpersonal and management skills.
