              Changes is constant so I stop working in Call Center Industry to work
 as full time Virtual Assistant  and Social Media Marketing Manager/ Support.
 I have worked as Customer services representative for VXI as Billing and Sales
Specialist  and Technical support in AT&T Uverse. Both Department of TSR and CSR help my skills to hone to be excellent. I work as a level 1 support under by AT&T as voice Account. Which I handle complaints, refund and replacement request from the buyer and protect the right of the Upgrade to see actual infocludes Email and Chat Support for both account.

I make it a point to always accomplish my duties and responsibilities efficiently.

            I can perform administrative duties that involve communicating, preparing and writing reports, researching, planning, coordinating, scheduling, calendaring, data recording, keeping and managing. I am fast learner when it comes to new applications/ software/ programs that may require to complete my task, duty and responsibilities as a freelancer.
