Appointment Setter
- calling warm leads who signed up or showed interest online for body contouring service.
-timely responses to email and chat queries.
- discussed the product-specific details of the service and promotion ensuring customers are properly educated, ensuring to get them booked the appointment with a deposit.

Sales Representative
Outbound calling/ Telemarketing
-call existing leads or customers to offer products -close the sale by offering effective rebuttals and creating the need
-close a sale then offer to cross-sell and up-sell to gain more sales.
-assist customer service as well by working on email responses and calling customers if needed.
-help out inbound sales too if there is a need especially when call volume spikes. 

Technical Support  
Inbound and Outbound Calls
-assist customer computers with computers like no boot.
-network-related concerns (no internet, cannot to vpn) -email issue ( cannot send/ receive in outlook or webmail) -software issue (MS Office issue like cannot launch the app or on their issues)
-offers a technical support package to fix customer issues. - up-sell other software or product for better conversion.
