Details of my job description that shaped my skills are outlined below:

- Handled US, Canadian as well as UK clients
- Handled US Adult website subscription, was part of the IT Department as a
Junior Helpdesk, handled moving subscription of DirectTV customers with
retention and up-selling, was a CSR for Financial Account (Bluebird by AmEx), also
has an experience in COLLECTIONS for books and magazine subscription (International Masters Publishers) in AU & NZ
- Documents customer's concerns andhaving enjoye inquiries in the call management system (CRM) and provides appropriate details and information
- Provides quality customer service on every call and Email
- Customer Management to acquire and to retain customers for the increase of customer satisfaction
- Handled Cryptocurrency account answering customer emails supporting PAYMENTS pillar. This pillar covers all fiat and crypto issues such as card, bank, sending and receiving issues etc.
- Experience using different tools like Omni Channel, Timewarp and Slack.
 
Aside from having enjoyed my job in the BPO industry, I also worked in an
E-Commerce Industry for more than 4 years that honed my Customer Service skills. Details of my job description are outlined below:
 
- Solely handles company’s Email Support, Facebook Page and LIVE Chat VIA Zendesk
- Responsible for providing assistance to different queries and inquiries of customers as well as resolving various issues and complaints
- In-charge of company’s Customer Support documents through Excel and Spreadsheet for well-organized reports
- Responsible in all website research for added information and marketing strategy.
- Does the other administrative support and other clerical tasks
