I have more than 3 years of experience in the BPO industry as a Customer Support/Sales Representative and Travel Sales Consultant. I also have a year of experience as a Virtual Assistant doing Appointment Setting and Recruiting.

My work experience has equipped me with a diverse skill set. 

As a Customer Support/Sales Representative, I honed my communication and problem-solving skills, providing effective and empathetic support to customers. I understand the importance of professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail in delivering top-notch service. 

In my role as a Travel Sales Consultant, I further developed my customer relationship management skills, working closely with clients to plan and book their travel experiences. 

As an appointment setter, I honed my persistence and resilience in the face of rejection, fostering a proactive and goal-oriented mindset. Additionally, it taught me valuable communication and organizational skills as I learned to effectively engage with potential clients and manage schedules efficiently. 

As a staffing agent, I've honed my ability to effectively communicate with both clients and candidates, ensuring clear understanding of job requirements and candidate qualifications. Additionally, I've developed strong organizational skills to efficiently manage multiple job placements simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance. Lastly, I've cultivated a keen eye for talent, consistently identifying candidates who not only meet job specifications but also align with company culture and values.
