I have been working with the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry for more than 10 years now. I worked for different BPO companies and was assigned to do various tasks.

I also worked as technical support staff for 2 years performing different tasks such as troubleshooting customers’ online banking; guiding them through with their online transactions, activating their online devices, unlocking their accounts, and many other assigned tasks.

I have worked as well as a Customer Service representative for more than 3 Upgrade to see actual infoveral of my duties composed of resolving customer complaints, doing sales, processing payments over the phone, walking the customers through with their online transactions, filing dispute claims, assisting in opening accounts online, and many other tasks.

Currently, I am working as an email support Customer Service staff for almost 2 years. I believe I am excellent in multi-tasking as I usually use a minimum of 15 tools at the same time whilst responding to 4 chats.

Having a wide range of experiences in this industry with the ability to do various tasks, it helped me acquire expertise in providing excellent customer service, resolving customers concern in timely manners, with first contact resolution. I have also gained the necessary efficiency in the performance of tasks assigned to me. I have also acquired sufficient ability in decision making, excellence in multi-tasking, and specialization in email support and data encoding.

I humbly say that I am a hard-working professional who has been consistently commended as a quality and results-oriented employee by my peers and managers.
