Profile Description

I am an experienced individual in different fields. I was a customer representative for 3 accumulated years and dUpgrade to see actual info to enter the freelancing field. I landed a job as a social media manager last 2020 and gathered a lot of knowledge in terms of creating content and growing a Facebook group organically. 

A year after, I was accepted to work for a real estate company and became their income verification specialist. I review income documents and help members get approved to be able to rent a room while building their credit records.  
During these years, I developed soft and hard Upgrade to see actual info's communication-wise, time management, and lastly tools related skills such as using Zendesk, Hubspot, Asana, and Slack.
