Profile Description

I am a solution-oriented Customer Service Associate with more than 5 years of experience in providing friendly and effective service and support to customers.
I started my career in BPO as a Technical Support for 11 months and afterwards I carried on being a Customer Service Associate for 2 years and was promoted to being a Subject Matter Expert for 3 years now. I have exceptional proficiency in Microsoft applications, such as words, excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook. I have Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal. I have notable Email management and time management skills. I am adaptable and willing to learn new endeavors. I am a Team player, and I can work with minimal supervision. I have a strong inner motivation to assertively create and implement new ideas and can handle pressure well- I strive for excellence and expect others to do the same. I can say that I do not have the experience yet of being a virtual Assistant. But with my willingness to learn and expand my knowledge and with the extensive training from this program, I am confident that I will get the experience needed to be a great Virtual assistant. I am confident that my strong work ethic and commitment to excellence will be an asset to your team.
