Graphic Design Experience: 
I'm a graphic designer with 7 years of experience making all types of designs. also have experience for POD designs for 4 years and I've already created 10,000+  POD designs for my clients who are mostly business owners in POD platforms such as MBA, Etsy, Redbubble, Spreadshirt, etc.

Customer Support and Research:
I am an experienced customer support specialist, I have experience to both customer support based BPO and research based BPO, particularly in Qualfon Philippines and Fair Research Center also known as SourceScrub.

Qualfon Philippines Experience:
I am one of the customer service representative in Qualfon Dumaguete back in 2016 and I've worked there for a year and this is also the time when I was still studying back in college, during my time in the company, I learned a lot of things regarding with how to handle customers and how to understand them to assess the various situations.
