Profile Description

My previous job was with Alorica Philippines formerly known as Expert Global Solutions Inc. I've been with them for 5 years (September 2012 - March 2018). I was a Customer / Technical / Email / Chat Support for Upgrade to see actual info and Upgrade to see actual info. I was trained to different line of businesses under Amazon, mostly in Customer Service (Voice) field. As a customer service agent I was able to handle pre-order inquiries, basic troubleshooting, Where's my stuff?(WMS) issues, third party seller items concern, refund and replacement for lost, stolen, defective or damaged items, returns, contacting carrier services, assisting customer in placing their orders. I also became an Acting Quality Coach for a year wherein I handled teams, help them hit their goals, areas of improvement and targets, coach them on how to handle calls according to the company's policy and standards, file iUpgrade to see actual info reports for violators and answer Supervisor calls if needed. I was able to learn some parts of MS Excel in gathering data and data analysis. Proficient in both English and Filipino language (oral and written). Proficient in MS Word and researching. Can work under pressure and minimum supervision, fast learner, flexible, organize and able to do multitasking. I would like to land in a home-based freelance job so I could balance part time/full time job while taking care of my child. I'm a fast learner, willing to be trained and explore new skills.
