I am an enthusiastic and dynamic client/customer support specialist. I've been working as a VA for a dental office in the US for more than a year now. 

EXPERTISE IN:  
- Providing excellent customer experience via text, chat, email, or phone calls. 
- Answering inquiries and providing resolution for the patients/customers via text, email, and phone calls. 
- Assist callers in scheduling their appointments. This includes rescheduling and canceling. 
- Knowledgeable in using Open Dental to schedule customers, Flex for texting, Mango Voice for phone calls, and Google Mail for emails. 
- Appointment setting. 
- Basic training for teaUpgrade to see actual infombers. 
- Team management. 
- Call monitoring and feedback. 
- Building SOPs. 

Here are some of the ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS that I can do for you:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Outbound calling (cold calling)
- Sending emails to clients
- Booking of flights and other appointments
- Calendar scheduling/management
- File management/organization
- Written communication such as compiling, submitting, and analyzing reports
- Developing and distributing internal communications
