I handled both inbound and outbound accounts in the past for 13 yrs and have 2 yrs of experience as a General VA. I did an outbound call which includes Appointment Setting, Sending Emails to leads, Data Entry, Cold calling, and
Excel.  My daily goals are
to meet my daily targets and quotas, and because of my determination, I was able to set a lot of appointments in Real
estate which includes buying and selling houses. Customer service for wireless services,
preferably billing, telco, and technical. I end the call by wrapping up what we did during the call and confirming with the customer if his/her issue was resolved.
