I am an artist with real passion for the arts. I may not have a diploma but I've been working in different fields, be it in the arts, BPO industry etc. Honing, not only my skills on the canvas but also my organization, leadership and people skills. I started as a chat support specialist for a US based cellphone company that handled inbound customer service queries. We handled a broad scope of support from plans and services queries, sales and even troubleshooting devices. I was then promoted as team manager after just a year of my stay with the company, focusing on customer retention and administrative tasks.
