I am currently working in a BPO Company as a Team Leader. My responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Manage, lead, train and develop call center staff to extend individual skills and achieve overall objectives.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the call center.
- Monitor the activities to ensure all service levels committed are met and exceeded. - - Manage relationship with internal and external clients of the call center. Stay up to date on the latest industry trends, technology, and best practices.
- Report on KPIs and track customer service metrics.
I also has experiences working abroad as an Executive Assistant handling Junior Level management as well as Marketing and Graphics Designs. I did most of my company's brochure. I also have experiences working as a Marketing Personnel, Service Crew, Customer Service Representative and worked in the BPO industry. I have proficient Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop CS6 and equivalent photo editing tools, Video Editing tools (Pinnacle, Ulead, Adobe Premier, Magix) and
MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher, Visio, Access). I am a Communication Arts graduate.
