Profile Description

10 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant Manager primary role is customer service email support. Aside from replying to the concerns and questions of customers via email, I also process refunds and cancellations and do some basic proofreading on the newsletters to be sent out to the customers. I also do personal research for the client on his travels and other hobbies.

More than 2 years of experience in social media content moderation. My primary task is to ensure that the community is abiding by the rules and still being respectful even if the topics or news articles are quite sensitive. So I am given a chance to hide or delete the commenters' comments or reply or permanently ban them from the clients' pages.

1 year of experience as an outbound sales agent in an office-based company. My primary task is to call possible leads and sell them the digital product we offer.
