Profile Description

I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication last 2011. I've been doing Media Production since I graduated, I do full time and freelance Program Manager Sponsorship Coordinator, Floor Director, Stage Manager and Production Assistant. While in Media production, I'm doing all the admin work for post and pre-production, supervising the entire production and event, and checking the scripts and video editing. I also know about Adobe Final Cut, Corel Studio and MS office. I also handled the financial side of the production such as budget breakdown and consolidation. I also coordinate with different companies and business managers for ex-deal and sponsorship of the events and programs I am handling, while in the Media Industry I entered the Customer Service industry. I was hired by different big companies such as Western Union, Telstra, Visa, U.S Auto Parts and Airbnb as their customer specialist, case manager and Fraud specialist. Currently, I'm a Case Manager at Airbnb for 4 years. I've been in the Customer Service Industry for 7 years and 2 years as a Virtual Assistant in Short Term Rental Properties.

I'm an independent woman, love to learn new skills, good listener, and always make sure that I finish all of my tasks before the
deadline.
