I have worked with several Project Management tools that keeps me on top of all things, all the time, such as Jira, Monday, Trello, etc.

Having been a marketing manager for 5 years, I have solid background and skills to either oversee or execute marketing strategies, from social media, content creation, website management, and email and ads campaigns. I am familiar and have used different marketing tools such as WordPress, Meta, Google Business, Zoho, Canva, Adobe, etc. I also know how to create a loyal audience through customer care and after sales communications, or by creating a loyalty program or marketing promotions.

I have learned to adjust my working style to fit the expectations and work routines of my superior. Aside from the usual administrative tasks like calendar and email management, research and documentation, customer service and client calls, I am also experienced in more specialized tasks such as bookkeeping, coordinating logistics for supplies or events, and hiring or outsourcing.

I started freelancing 8 years ago and have handled more than 15 brands and companies since then. I held several positions from copywriter, social media manager, executive assistant, to marketing manager and project manager. I am very flexible, dedicated, and I can easily adapt to the existing tools and systems a business is already using.
