° Xero advisor certified.
°Prepare Business Activity Statements.
°Prepare Tax Returns and Financial Statements for various entities Sole Trader, Partnership, Trust and Company using Xero and Xero Practice Manager (XPM).
°Prepare detailed working papers using Xero Work Paper, prepare schedules and tax reconciliation.
°Assist in preparation pre-year end of Tax and Strategic Planning.
°Prepares Fringe Benefit Tax via NTAA and Xero Tax.
°Provides support to the Australian Manager with completion of Australian Tax Compliance work.
°My role is to oversee Australian Tax and Compliance work that is being prepared by Manila office. Also, ensures that individual team member and Team's target productivity are being met.
°Review of Compliance work completed by Manila office and some compliance work completed by Trainee Accountant in Australia.
°Created procedural process for the Tax Return and Accounts Preparation as a guide to the newly hired accountant both in Manila and Australia.
°Assist staff with day to day queries in respect of client records, accounting and tax software and liaison with managers in Australia.
°Provide updates and training with respect to new company process and procedures.
°Review and sign off Business Activity Statements prepared by Junior accountants.
°Review and sign off Instalment Activity Statements prepared in Xero Tax and send it to client for e-signing.
°Review of applicant resumes, take part in the interview process of prospective new staff for our Division in Manila.
°Training and mentoring newly hired staff in respect of specialized Australian accounting and tax matters including end-to-end process from Bookkeeping, BAS Preparations, Financials and Tax, KPIs and Wealth Statements.
