My goal is to expand and utilize my learnings, knowledge, and skills while making a significant contribution to the company's success.

As an employee, I always give my best with an extra mile.
I have 3years experience in a call center handling tech support for TV, internet and phone. I have also done email, chat support, inbound and outbound calls.
With my previous employment, although I am just supposed to take calls, I became the point of contact between managers and clients in our account in less than a month doing reports, generating leads and allocated it to my co agents, scheduling breaks, sending necessary emails, and sometimes training other agents as well.
