I have over 4years experience in a call center handling tech support for TV, internet and phone. I have also done email, chat support, inbound and outbound calls.
With my previous employment, although I am just supposed to take calls, I also worked as the point of contact between managers and clients in our account in less than a month doing reports, generating leads and allocating tasks to co agents, scheduling breaks, sending necessary emails, and sometimes training other agents as well.
