Profile Description

I am a retired certified Electrician in Belgium. I moved to the Philippines with my Filipina wife and 3 adorable kids. I have worked as a customer support, product lister, social media moderator, basic product optimizing for a Dutch and American e -commerce company and virtual assistant. I also have experience working in Upgrade to see actual info for almost 2 years. I did product optimization, customer support, product listing, managing and resolving the refund and returned issues, data entry and some minor VA's work. I can adapt and learn easily. I have experience using Upgrade to see actual info, Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, Google Sheet, Spocket, Google Drive, Microsoft Office, Thunderbird, Basic Canva, DeepL, Slack and Woocommerce. I have a basic knowledge in Social Media Moderation such as answering message inquiries, complaints, deleting unsightly comments and banning people to maintain the page reputation and good record. And also sending messages to get nice reviews to those satisfied customers. I am a native Dutch speaker and I can write and speak English properly. I can work with very minimum supervision after some training of course if needed. I am currently available to work full time.
