Profile Description

First of all, I used the word nonprofessional because all my experiences as an assistant are not as an employee. Most often, I do it voluntarily to help the people around me with their businesses/tasks. I am not paid but I still give my best in everything that I do.

In my religion as one of Jehovah's Witnesses, I have also been an assistant to the assistant of our territory overseer. My task includes taking care of the records of foreigners in our territory so that everything is in order whenever we make a visit in a specified area. I arrange the files in a manner that will save us time, money and energy.

I have also worked as a customer service representative in a bpo company for an international account for a number of months and as a sales representative as well. While other agents easily lose their temper especially with irate callers, I still manage to address their concern and provide a satisfactory service.

I am also the type of person who can work without supervision. I make sure that things are done in an orderly manner. I am willing to learn and make a research on things I don't know. I also ask others to learn more about things I’m not familiar with. Because of that, I improve myself and become more valuable to others.

With all those experiences combined, I am sure that my future employer will not regret hiring me. On top of that, since I follow God-given principles as one of Jehovah's Witnesses, my future employer can be confident that they will be receiving the best service for the salary that they will be giving me.
