I've been working remittances from a customer,broker and do receipting. Apart from this task,i also work as a claims manager,this involves lodging customer's claim or shall i say an end to end process,(from lodgement
process to managing the claim.) These also deals with contact customers to provide them updates on what is the status of their claim,also organise repair of their vehicle(contacting repairer and booking in customers car for repair.I also work as a graphic artist (Instacase) Personalise mobile phone cases designing and lay outing. I also do audio editing using Cool Edit Pro Tool. I can also do multi-tasking depending on the help you need.
