Profile Description

I graduated with Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration major in Marketing Management (BSBA-MM). My work experience is mostly in the BPO industry. For over 6 years, I have been handling inbound calls, making outbound calls, responding to
chats and emails for e-commerce (eBay) and hospitality accounts. Additionally, I
have worked remotely for over 2 years with a US-based company that collaborates
with various properties, offering rewards as a perk to guests who book directly
through the hotel's website. In that role, I handled codes reactivation,
booking verification, merchant prospecting, and data uploading to Salesforce. I
also addressed guest issues and inquiries through Zendesk, along with other
miscellaneous projects. I started with minimal knowledge about the industry but
with my experience working in a BPO industry, I was able to perform well and
handle tasks effectively.
I would describe myself as someone eager to learn and
passionate about what I do. I would like to leverage these characteristics,
along with the skills and experiences gained from my previous jobs, within your
