WHERE AM I?: Presently, I am working as a virtual assistant in US trucking industry since 2018. I can work solo or build a team that you need for your trucking or brokerage. I can dispatch trucks like dry van, reefer, power only, hot shots (car haulers) and box trucks. I have a good grasp how dispatching works like posting trucks or load using DAT and Truckstop, using TMS, filling out packet, negotiating rates, invoicing, dispatching drivers, providing updates and monitoring hours of service as needed. I also have experience in driver recruitment CDL and non-CDL. 

I can do the work from zero to minimal supervision. Hence, my experience and knowledge in trucking will suit to the work that you want me to do.

MY BACKGROUND:  I am a seasoned customer service and I can help your business grow. I have a solid background working as a customer service. I have worked in the BPO industry for over 12 year and had been part of multiple campaigns such as sales, technical, banking, medical, telco, escalation, and supervisory role. I have handled different issues of customers and helped them resolved their concern whether they are satisfied or unsatisfied, happy or unhappy, and new or old customers.
