I have worked as a healthcare representative in a US based insurance where i take inbound calls regarding benefits and claims at the same time do offline tasks to make sure every claim was processed correctly and if not, have those reprocessed accordingly. Also does outbound calls to make sure providers/customers are informed regarding the process at the same time ensure customer satisfaction. Also worked as a Virtual Assistant for more than 3 years.
More than 4 years of work experience helped me excel in my interpersonal and communication skills and made me more friendly, open-minded, responsible and strategic in multi-tasking.
